Printer jobs hijacking

Dear List,

has anyone any experience with highjacking print jobs, given an environment 
where MITM is possible or network sniffing ?

Printers targeted would be Xerox's and HP's.

What would be the approach ? or tools ? (something like a tcpreplay ???)
