It's not finished (current draft in the website is 0.1, we're going to 
release 0.2 quite soon) but feel free to grab the Information Systems 
Security Assessment Framework (ISSAF) from www.oissg.org
Stay tuned for 0.2, it has many many improvements over 0.1
