SARA
firefox
alongside the ones you've mentioned already.

wikto - find this is much better than nikto

You've not mentioned the possibility of any databases within the target network.  If this was the case I would utilise:

OAT
Oscanner
Winsid
Oracle Client
AppDetective
NGS Squirrel for SQL/Oracle/Sybase etc.

There are quite a few I've missed out which are quite specialised and do specific tasks but you can't really list a 
full set of tools perse as each task changes which tools are utilised as you get further into the network.  It is the 
results from initial scans that will determine what other tools you use and in what order
