Re: Pen-Test Blackberry

I am guessing that pen-testing Blackberry service would be covered under the "You are authorized by xyz corporation to 
conduct the following type of network security auditing and have permission from the cellular provider"  Otherwise, 
hacking telecommunications providers is a whole different art of legal manuevering ??
