Thanks for your valuable inputs.

I have tested most of the tools suggested and I found that Nessus3 meets my
needs.

I think I will stay with Nessus3 for the moment.

Or, just run Nessus3 (current is version 3.0.3) for Windows...both the 
client and server reside on the same machine.  Download @

Nessus3 does very good job with Linux and other *nixes...I am, however, 
a bit biased ;-)
