For already a long time ago I looked for a tool for change the
passwords in Windows 2000, XP, 2003, all the derivatives of NT.

I found the tool, and it entered into a diskette perfect, and work.
The name was... 'Idontknow commander'.

Today I need this tool, but I don't find it; anyone know other tool
that make the same functions?

Sounds like your looking for ERD Commander:
http://www.winternals.com/Products/AdministratorsPak/Default.aspx .

However, you can get the same functionality without spending a dime.
Take a look at: http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

Cheers.
