Does anyone know what "Ninja Servers" are?

Are they cooler than "Pirate servers"?

I have to do an internal vulnerability assessment against them ,but I currently have no other information as to what they are.

Who told you you had to look for them? Ask for clearification.

I would assume that they are servers that do not respond to pings. nmap should help you find those.

If you are on the same subnet as they are.. ping/nmap the subnet and then look to see if you have a mac-address and ip address in your arp table that did not respond to a ping/nmap etc. Those will be your sneaky/stealthy servers.
