You should understand that today unless you are actively developing exploits, you will not get exploits that work everywhere as the delay between exploit publication and patching is getting shorter. Most systems now provide a self update capability and the software publishers are warned before an exploit is publicly disclosed, at least most of the times. :) Of course there are and there always will be vunerable systems, but any system which is fully patched will be challenging to overcome with public exploits. Of course you can always try to exploit the architecture or policies of the system, these usually are also quite vunerable.
