Check OSSTMM http://www.isecom.org/osstmm/, OWASP (Open Web Application 
Security Project) www.owasp.org,  Information Systems Security Assessment 
Framework (ISSAF)  http://www.oissg.org/content/view/71/71/, Testing the 
standard for electronic transactions from VISA and ISO 17799.  Also, you can 
check the docs in NIST (www.nist.org) and SANS Institute 
http://www.sans.org/resources/policies/ http://www.sans.org/score/.
