I am sorry to disappoint you, but the answer is "It Depends".
It mainly depends on the security complexity of the LAN and the workstations.
It also depends on your starting point and your goals (as defined with your client).

My opinion - thorough C class pentest should take no more than 14 days (without writing a report).
