Re: VPS for Pen Test

I am unsure of what "VPS" stands for (I suppose I could google), but I
use VMWare all the time to test tools, exploits, proof-of-concept
code, etc... Of course VMWare is only good for x86 based OS so
testing things like z390s and AIX boxes wouldn't work here.

I usually have snapshots of different states. That way I can play
around with whatever and not worry about destroying my VM images
inadvertantly. With a snapshot, I simply reset the VM back to its
original state.

Has anyone ever created a VPS to run pen tests against?

If so how did you go about creating it, ive seen virtozzo server
that allows you to create a VPS, and i dont know if VMWARE does
this!

Any help would be great!

Thanks
