Looking for HP Laserjet emulator

Hi list,I am currently building a hacking demonstration showcase and would like to show how printers are generally vulnerable. As such, I'd like to use a software emulation of a printer and show how easy it is to "hack" it using Phoelite tool.
Does anyone know if such a tool exist ?
