The presence of a "/_layouts/1033/" directory is also a good indicator
that it's a sharepoint site.

Googling for inurl:/_layouts/1033 nets some interesting results...

Sniff the traffic and check out the HTTP header. You will probably find
something to the effect of "MicrosoftSharePointTeamServices".  This
technique isn't incredibly accurate since I have heard that Team Services
running without Sharepoint appears the same, but it will provide evidence
that there is more than just IIS running.
