media streams recreation

Hi there,
i m doing some analysis on pcap based log files (obtained from snort
and ethereal). I have tried to recover most of the files that i wanted
e.g. html files, jpegs using chaosreader now is that possible to get
live media streams from the pcap logs file and also the webcam shots
of Instant messengers as i m seeing the unencrypted traffic.
