After reviewing Cain & Abel, it provides a nice little demo trick, but it does still optimal network configuration settings for firewalls, intrustion detection, intrusion prevention, media gateway settings for QOS, MOS, and jitter, packet shaping for VoIP network architectures.

I am bit confused, so how does Cain and Abel help assess a VoIP
solution.  Does it provide analysis of the device configuration ?? How
does it provide detailed on analysis on PESQ, MOS, QOS and Jitter ??
