The tool you're talking about is called "SNOT". You can find it
here: http://www.stolenshoes.net/sniph/index.html


Snot it's too old. It has not been actively developed since
a lot of years. It will give a lot of errors with the new
rules files. You can use old rules files or use the new rule
files, but I don't know what's exactly the result, because
it gives a lot of errors.
