Good reference, and a good all around read on this is "Corporate
Espionage : What It Is, Why It's Happening in Your Company, What You
Must Do About It" by Ira Winlker.  Non-fiction.  Highly credible source.
I've independently verified the author's background. This should really
be required reading in the infosec world.
