HTTP CONNECT TCP Tunnel in Finjan SurfinGate 7.0?

Dear list,

Is the in BID 4131[1] documented vulnerability still available
in Finjan SurfinGate 7.0?

Therefore only SurfinGate 4.0 and 6.0 1 are listed as vulnerable.
In the "not vulnerable" listing there is no SurfinGate listed
and in the solutions tab only Astaro seems to provide a patch
(I know that these infos are mostly not up to date).
