I haven't tested fscan, but I've been able to retrieve information with
nmap without setting off any alarms from environments about as heavily
guarded as any network CAN be (yes, I had the admins permission). Needless
to say, I've stopped looking for other scanners.

Question regarding port scanners.

Currently use Nmap and Fscan most often and would like to see if anyone
has compared these two to see which is the least noisy. I realize that
both are able to be configured to be "quiet", but does anyone know which
is actaully the quieter of the two? Any recommendations of other scanners
to use would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks
