I found most "interesting" http://www.eff.org/Privacy/Surveillance/20010919_doj_ata_analysis.html,
with emphasis on:

Section 106 Interception of Computer Trespasser Communications
Section 108 Nationwide Service of Search Warrants for Electronic Evidence
Section 109 Clarification of Scope
Section 154 Foreign Intelligence Information Sharing
Section 301 No Statute of Limitations For Prosecuting Terrorism Offenses
Section 302 Alternative Maximum Penalties For Terrorism Crimes
Section 306 Support of Terrorism Through Expert Advice or Assistance (ACHEM... Read: THE
catch-all.)
Section 353 DNA Identification of Terrorists

Some people have said that Kevin Poulsen's article is a little on the extreme side, but I
disagree. Everything seems straight from the Dept of Justice's analysis of the ATA (or visa-versa
:). That's the scary part...

I would advise everyone to read and UNDERSTAND (Hint: use your
imagination) the ramifications of this proposed law...
