For packet sniffing I like CaptureNet (it's quite old, but it does a
beautiful job).  As far as I can remember eEye owns the product now and the
sell it under a different name.

just curious,
what is everyone's favorite packet sniffer and keystroke logger for win2k 
when trying to gain passwords to other computers on the network? stealth is 
key, because the system is in use.
