Has anyone used InterMapper <http://www.intermapper.com/> ????

I have had experience with using intermapper for a number of
purposes. One of the things that I enjoyed about playing with it is the
ability to create custom queries for services on machines. It is capable
of making sure a service is not only running, but responding
properly. ex. doing a dns lookup on your dns server with an expected
response, logging in to a pop mailbox, or probing ssh, as well as
monitoring SNMP variables. It has the ability to do live bandwidth
monitoring with little lines that change color by utilization (and many
other bells/whistles) allong with email/text pager notification. The only
drawback I found to it is the price, but oh well...
