Yes, it's possible to monitor someone's mailbox, but I don't believe that you do so through journaling. Even easier, just specify an 'alternate recipient' of your maildrop (can be local , or a custom (smtp, x400,etc) on the properties of the target's mailbox. This is fairly common in situations where you need to target specific users. -m
