[Security Weekly] new blog post, reproducing issues in test reports

I've just released a new blog post on my thoughts on including steps
to reproduce issues in test reports.

I'd love to know what other people do about this. Do you bother, maybe
for some issues but not others, how much detail do you go into in the
steps?

If we have a good debate then I'll write up any interesting
conclusions and do an update to the post.
