Hi,

I just started on this field about a year ago,and while I have not move as
fast as I want. Married and kids :P -- The two books below are amazing. I
have read and use them every day.

Other than that not much insight other than I am tons of fun learning this
stuff. Never a dull moment. I continue to practice and learn! I do hope to
