pfSense constant ping

Seeing as I know quite a few Pauldotcom people use pfSense I thought
I'd share this that I just found.

By default pfSense uses a tool called aping to monitor its internet
gateway to check if it is still up. I personally tend to be able to
tell when my internet goes down on my own so to save a bit of
bandwidth and data usage I've disabled it. Instructions are in this
