Are they clearable? They need to have a resume on monster and dice; and they
need to look for some of the consulting firms and recruiters that
specifically look for folks like that that they can get working on 3 month
gigs until they get them a temp to hire slot.  Let me ask my youngest
brother, a CS major from VA Tech who just graduated a year ago, about other
resources.  His school should be providing linkage as well.
