Identity management (IdM) community and blogs?

Hi folks

All IAM (identity and access management) solutions are closed source,
proprietary and very expensive. One product is for example Oracle
Identity Management (OIM). Is there a vendor-neutral community with
blogs, mailing lists and forums? By searching the WWW I found only
buzzword presentations, marketing and Gartner slides. Do you know
anything technical?
