Or one with a PCI slot and add a PCI Firewire card.  The older mini-itx form factor boards have PCI slots, and can be 
picked up relatively cheaply from ebay. I got a 600mhz fanless Epia mini-itx board for £30 a few months back.

I think you are going to find this difficult. You might want to consider a small form factor pc board. You should be 
able to find one with FireWire without too much effort.
