ARPFreeze, easy GUI for static ARP tables in Vista and newer Windows

Hi all,
   Awhile back I wrote a script to make it easier to handle the set up of
static ARP tables in Windows. It worked, but was kind of crufty as it was
prompt driven. I've made a more GUI one with a treeview control:

the new version only works in newer versions of Windows that support the
netsh "interface ipv4" neighbors options. I've only tested it in Windows 7
64bit (works fine) and Windows XP 32bit (where it does not work, but I knew
this already). If anyone cares to try it on Windows 2008/Vista and let me
know, please do. Source is included.
