I've got to give a +1 for Burp Suite.  We replaced a MUCH MUCH MUCH more expensive commercial tool  with Burp Suite 
Pro, and have found it to be more accurate and easier to use, with better reporting, not to mention our year over year 
licensing is $17,725 dollars cheaper :-)

I personally spend most of my time in Burp Suite....

I've used the others but always end up using Burp. That said, Paros and WebScarab are both very usful.
