Definitely. Google fake cisco, it's been a problem in IT for years. I
think I started hearing about it in the early 2000s, if not the late
90s. Unfortunately, not much can be done, caveat emptor.

Not really, China and Russia kind of follow their own rules. China

Ok, I don't have a huge problem with people making clones that
looks almost exactly like something else, but to slap someone
else's logo on something and claim they made it? This is not the
only instance I've encountered. I ordered an mp3 play awhile back,
and I knew it was nothing Apple related (The ad did not claim it to
be, and did not want it to be), but the maker slapped an Apple logo
on it.

Is there really no trademark law that can be enforced between China
and other countries?
