Ok, after what Matt said, and doing some more looking around, maybe 125Khz
is used in more than just the hobby world. Got some bigger items on order,
but Radio Shack was clearing out these:

Seem to work with just an FTDI cable, and for less than $9 I bought the last
two in Louisville. :)
