L0phtcrack users

Anyone here use l0phtcrack a lot?  I'm waiting on a response from a support
request but figured I would ask here in the meantime.

I'm getting a "The system cannot find the file specified" in various points
during the hash dumping process.  Sometimes it happens before any hashes are
collected, sometimes it happens right at the end.

Any ideas?
