*I would never put medical info in a cloud owned by a third party, no matter how secure it's supposed to be. You have no guarantee that the people managing the cloud are as secure as the software.*

The alternative is that we're teaching the user that it's acceptable to open executable email attachments, which may be an acceptable risk factor in the grand scheme of things.
