RSA Hotel (el Cheapo...)

I know you guys are all pumped up on Shmoocon right now however with RSA/Metricon right around the corner I thought I'd share my recent booking experience. Once again this year I was able to "beat" the RSA conference pricing on hotels for RSA using Hotels.com (see receipt below.) This year I'm staying at the Hotel Fusion which is a 2.5 star hotel (free high speed internet.) If you are like me and rather spend your per diem on steak, sushi and lobster this is a good bet, else I might suggest staying at the Prescott Hotel - a Kimpton Hotel for $178 a night. I did last year and it was very nice. While I had the guy on the phone I asked him if I could directly people in "my group" directly to him and he said he'd gladly take reservations directly.
