suggestions on linux based fw/sec platform for home use with dualwan

I realize that this is not a Linux solution, but FreeBSD based pfSense
(http://www.pfsense.org) is a great firewall that can do what you are
looking for. This firewall is a fork from m0n0wall firewall with
active development.

I use this at home for my gateway and it works great . Has heaps of UTM
features.

I use Vyatta and Astaro for home routers. Both can do what you want, I
believe. The Vyatta is more of a router with some firewall functions and
Astaro more firewall /UTM with some router functions built in. Both are
linux based.

hey all,
looking for suggestions to set-up a good fw/security box for my home
network but has to be able to handle a dual-wan set-up including the
ability
to load-balance the connections as well as do selective network based
routing (ip range based and eventually port based).

thanks for the tips!
