Securely Setting up streaming audio

Thanks for the info so far, anyone else have some recommendations?

For now I am not too worried about video but mostly the streaming of live audio, as the speaker talks Sunday's I would 
like to dump the audio comming out of the system to a pc or device and broadcast that to our website.

And again doing so in a secure manner since I might have to open our network to out side access.
