Sign up for Digital-detective.co.uk?

Has anyone successfully been able to sign up for the forums at Digital Detective?
 
I submitted my info about two weeks and have heard nothing back.  A second email last week produced nothing.  They 
mention 24 hours is a typical turn around time.
 
Followed all the rules for submitting, using my well-respected organization's email address, explained what I do, etc...
 
Can anyone that is a member recommend the forums?
