I found the tone of their whole statement acknowledging the flaw to be
pretty beligerent and arrogant (but really would we expect any less?).  The
thing that got me was that they acted surprised people were still using the
"2006 model" Zunes, like we're going to trade up every year because they
added a new color of faceplate!
