Sarbanes Oxley presentation for my MBA course

Hi all, I had to do a presentation for my MBA course this semester, so I
chose "Sarbanes Oxley, Fraud, and Fraudulent Financial Reporting" because I
thought I could tie it into information security. As it turns out the
connection is somewhat tenuous as you will see if you watch the presentation

As I don't do any sort of compliance auditing for a living, I'd like to seek
other's input on the subject, and where I got things wrong. Anyone out there
