whats happened to 0x000000.com?

He had something posted on 0x000000.com about cancelling the domain awhile
back.

It's Dutch. According to The Google, it means:

Domain name not be turned

The domain name that you want to achieve is not enabled. This means
probably related to the fact that the website administrator in
Plesk has deactivated.

If you have access to Plesk you can operate the domain name back
with the icon "Activate". The website will then within 15 minutes
automatically become active again.

When the domain name is not in Plesk is disabled, you can contact

Which doesn't exactly help answer your question.

I didn't try Dutch. Sounds like it lost its hosting for some reason.
