CVE for FreeBSD SCTP remote DoS?

Hi everyone,

There appears to be a remote DoS (via a NULL pointer dereference in the 
kernel) vulnerability in FreeBSD's SCTP implementation[1].

Has a CVE id been assigned to it already?
