Hello, instead of port scanning and operating system discovery, discover 
the o.s , and based on that, use port scanner specially to that o.s?

also i got


sudo nmap -sS 192.168.1.254 -Pn --disable-arp-ping

Stats: 0:00:01 elapsed; 0 hosts completed (0 up), 0 undergoing Host 
Discovery

So nmap is not skipping host discovery (-Pn)


but if i use -n option, it goes straight to

Stats: 0:00:01 elapsed; 0 hosts completed (1 up), 1 undergoing SYN 
Stealth Scan

is this a bug or a feature?
