organize scripts??

hope this is not such a dumb question. i use WIN 7. is there a way through standard explorer view in viewing folders in 
the script lib section to organize AS FOLDERS -intrusive/damaging/etc?? even through cmd line can this be done? 
basically wanted a way to see organized listings of the above in folders as opposed to opening up one SCRIPTS folder 
and seeing 200  individual scripts. is this making sense??
