how to use --proxy option

Hi, sorry to spam you again but
I'v tried to use how to use --proxy option to use proxy between client and
server
as written on ncat manual but always got "client NCAT DEBUG: Proxy returned
status code -1."
from the proxy and NOTHING on the server.
I'v tried different shell account as proxies but still got the same

Is there good examples on how to this ?
