Hi All, 

I’ve made some additional updates to this pull request since I noticed it hasn’t been accepted:

Most notably:

tso-enum: Fixed Password Preprompt detection and security product detection
tso-brute: Added IKJ56700A message skipping and the above tso-enum fixes. As well as cleaning up some of the 
comments/code and fixing the messaging when verbosity is turned on. 

Every file has its own commit with comments to make it easier to see changes.

Which has the following:

Added/Fixed the following in nmap-service-probes:

Added two new probes (JMON and RSE) probes nmap-service-probes
Changes to CICS transaction service detection to detect newest version
tso-enum.nse: Added DATA()/Argument checking and usage to speed up enumeration. Skips the IKJ56700A message.

vtam-enum.nse: Fixed bug with macros checking and fixed threshold checking for "no default applid" screen
