Wordpress version detector

Hi,

Wordpress version finding script is not present in the NSE. So I thought
this might be helpful.

There is PR at #764 <https://github.com/nmap/nmap/pull/764> regarding the
same.

I will integrate this with the fingerprints file under http-devframework
soon.

For now it lets the user to find the wordpress version exclusively by
running this script.
