Hi Mike,

This is a known issue here: https://github.com/nmap/nmap/issues/498

Before we fix it, You have two workarounds:

1) My own build: nmap-7.25BETA1-for-npcap-0.08-setup.exe
<https://github.com/nmap/npcap/releases/download/v0.08-r4/nmap-7.25BETA1-for-npcap-0.08-setup.exe>
 + latest Npcap 0.08 r4.
2) latest release Nmap 7.25BETA1 + Npcap 0.07 r17.

i got this lovely memory error window:
