Hello Nmap,

Accomplishments:
- Fixed libssh2 configuration in configure.ac and Makefile.in. Now libssh2
  is not included in the build if openssl is not found.

- Wrote documentation for the brute.lua library.

- Made suggested changes to the PR 353 "Add --defeat-icmp-ratelimit option
for
  UDP scanning. [Issue #216]"

Goals:
o: Commit brute.lua
o: Commit unpwdb.lua with --user, --pass options enhancement.
o: Continue debugging libssh2 integration.
